thinking outside the box, disagreeing with others or having unpopular opinions or just opposing views. It's normal yet people would rather you think the same than challenge them or disagree. they try to reign you in or cancel you

Personally I say the Elephant in the room when it comes to mental health and "toxic masculinity" is that its mostly women perpetuating the stigma against men showing more emotional range, and that progress in gender roles has been one sided in that it accepts more women in "male" positions but still reduces men to a bank statement and expects you to suppress your emotions
