Is it the bench press?

No such thing as spot reduction, i.e. 'I want to lose fat off my chest or thighs or arms.' :ufdup:

Fat distribution is genetically predetermined. You can't choose where the fat goes or where it comes off of.

If his caloric intake isn't in check, he still won't lose any fat, even by doing push-ups.

Also, think about it: someone who has to ask this question prolly isn't in very good shape or knowledgeable about working out, so his push-up form might be poor, and he prolly can't do that many.

Yes.

Put in the work ***and*** put down the fork.

The number one mistake I see newbs make (besides not going in the first place) is over/undereating.

If you're not a fast burner, you can't eat whatever you want and get/stay lean.

the only answer. You can put on some muscle which might help shape you better. More muscle mass will also help in burning fat. You can’t spot target though
