You probably cant afford the best studios...
I would invest in some good home gear and do it yourself at home...

Yes, I can. I'm a former reality TV show celebrity. I don't have the ability to commit to a home studio at this point. The upstart is too much and quality results would be far off, I'm looking for the best

Ya . . but those artists go into studios with producers that are leading the show and studio engineers who are motivated to be professionals rather than "let's see how much clock we can milk on the new guy" before they realize you have studio experience across the country and down both coasts. Just about anybody who charges a rate under $50 an hour will end up learning something from me because I soak up stuff like a sponge. At the very least I'm looking for a studio situation that would rival the magic of my initial studio sessions back on the east coast, beyond that I would hope to find a studio that has an engineer who's ready to commit to audiophile quality sound for my recordings, beyond industry standard.
