Cowboy roll with Kobe beef at RuSans in Atlanta. But I forgot which one. Only one of the got it

It may be called something slightly diff depending on the place (like Dragon Roll etc). But its whatever roll is cooked (deep fried), with eel, crab meat, tuna or red snapper, cream cheese, eel sauce and spicy mayo.
