Im thinking getting in better shape is a good start.
Lately when I’m mad or sad I just play an album and try to do several sets of push ups during a song. Walk a bit to give my arms short break and back at it.
Eventually a whole body workout/routine and eventually the gym. Maybe I lack in the emotional intelligence apartment.

I’ve done some last week, really pulled me out my depression. I’m just trying to focus on regaining my confidence back.Trip to outer space with Reed, Sue, and Johnny.
I’ve done stand up 4 times lol.
I just can’t do cold approaching, I feel so ugly. Even when I get a cutie via work or app. It crumbles soon enough because I’m a game less simp. No matter how cute they think I am. fukk.

so i just care about myself and what REALLY affects me

These posts go hand in hand. A lot of people have no self awareness. They make things a bigger deal than it actually is, thats the problem. If you ask OP or a lot of people what they're depressed about, it's usually bullshyt in the grand scheme of things. But their brain is wired to harp and dwell on those things. It sucks to be them.simple
