Considering 15 people dapped the post that leads me to believe that those 15 people have their "certs" which on a forum of about 12,000 people it's getting a tad bit unrealistic that they all do. I be seeing posts dapped up 90-100 times+ talkin bout certs. It's just not realistic that everyone here is making $90K and up.

It's not always about certs
I have zero certs and making well over $90K total. If i was to stop being lazy and actually get the certs that reflect my experience i'm sure i'd crack $100K easy

I let go the last female i was seeing because of this.

Everytime I would go shower she would take the time EVERYTIME to come in and take a shyt or piss and the whole bathroom would smell like hot shyt due to the shower I was taking. I would get out the shower mad as hell.

Then she would stand there and giggle about it like it was no big deal. Last time she did that and i called it a early night. Told her I need to get some rest to get up early so you GOTS TO GO! I texted her the next morning saying "Please don't come over any more and good luck to you". I blocked her and she was mad as fukk when she sent me a email about it demanding I talk to her.

After that I have been single for 5 months and pretty happy about it.

lol I do. You have the vanity and shower area, then the toilet room with a door.

In some houses the toilet and the shower are both in one room with the door and the vanity is separate.

Over the past 20 years I've inspected over 30,000 homes and I've never seen any bathrooms with that despite their owners' income level.

Not saying they don't exist, but there's really no need for something like it, IMO, since they occupy the same conditioned space and separating them for vanity's sake is a waste of energy and a safety hazard.​

I keep it civil, you keep it civil.

I inspect houses for a living. I've been doing it for about 20 years.

Never seen that and I've inspected the houses of very wealthy (and poor) people.

In my line of work, separating a conditioned space like that is a waste of energy and a safety hazard and we advise our clientele with these partitioned spaces to eradicate them.​
