Then for snack/dinner make protein pancakes (oats blended with egg whites and protein powder) top those with a healthy portion of peanut butter and then top that with greek yogurt. No wonder ive gained all this sloppy weight

Protein content in peanuts.I've heard a lot on body building forums about peanut butter and its beneficial to some meals if your either a cutter or bulkier. But why though ?
