Believe it or not it was technically a very good deal, but still, stunting like that was unneccesary, I could've put half that down and financed a 5 series and pay less.

Buying a house with my lazy ex wife. Separated, she left and everything was cool.
Met my current wife. Moved her in before the divorce was final. Ex found out and was like "she ain't living in my house".
Me: I bought ths shyt, you didn't.
Judge: sell it.
Me: but, but, but, the market sucks.
Judge:
Long story short. Jumped the gun by flaunting a dime piece in front of my ex. It cost me an extra 3K in lawyer fees and about 15K on the house.
Plus having to find a new house etc.

I think I've lost a total of around 100-200 k euros gambling in the last 5 years - mostly poker, some blackjack. All because I gave 0 fukks about bankroll management.
And in case anyone is wondering, I've been working shytty ass gigs, making max 20 k a year...MAX. That's it. So do the math, huge huge fukkin losses there. At the moment I got high interest debts of around 50 k euros, all because of me living like money doesn't mean a thing, thinking it grows on trees. I won't lie, shyt has got me depressed HARD.
I'll be a slave to this debt for the next 5 years, so I'll be on the financial level of an 18 year old in about 5 years (25 now)...And I can't begin my studies before this either. Highschool graduate for now. I don't really care about the pressures of the society etc etc, but I o care about the fact that my prime years will be wasted all on some totally useless shyt that I never got anything from.

Haven't felt the effects from it yet but it's prolly getting a note on a new car. I'm still in school, and my momma helping me pay for everything but there's. I guarantee it will always be like that. Hopefully i can do it

Dumbest thing I did was take out a student loan and give my Mom the money. She isn't really the reliable type when it comes to paying back money...

Never ever put someone on deed, and not on the loan. They can straight cock-block you from doing anything renting it out, selling it.
