At the moment, I'm about to graduate (this semester) from SJSU & get my BA in child development.
For the past 4 years I have been working as a paraeducator in a classroom for elementary children who have autism.
Dealing with the school principal is
because dude literally does not give a fukk about the special education department at the school. So when we bring up ideas and suggestions this dude just goes 
If I wasn't getting paid $18 a hour I would give him that work
But yeah it's annoying that this dude is acting like he gives a fukk about education, however just neglects the students that have disabilities.
Anyway that's the only downside of the job.
