Whats the most annoying part about your job/profession?

At the moment, I'm about to graduate (this semester) from SJSU & get my BA in child development.

For the past 4 years I have been working as a paraeducator in a classroom for elementary children who have autism.

Dealing with the school principal is because dude literally does not give a fukk about the special education department at the school. So when we bring up ideas and suggestions this dude just goes

If I wasn't getting paid $18 a hour I would give him that work

But yeah it's annoying that this dude is acting like he gives a fukk about education, however just neglects the students that have disabilities.

Anyway that's the only downside of the job.

Engineering (R and D/Product Design)

When companies don't provide accurate data sheets and engineering drawings of their products. And if they have exactly what you need, they only sell quantities of like 30,000.

When my boss comes to my office every time a new idea pops in his head and asks me to make a change to whatever were designing. Then a day later at meeting he'll be like why is this so and so. Then I gotta remind him of the idea he had.

I've had to spend time pretty much inventing things that don't exist in order to solve a problem, figure out how to make it. Then have the idea scrapped because its too expensive.

Having things explained by physicists

Other then that the jobs pretty exciting, I'm helping design a 100k piece of scientific equipment and I get to share in the profits.

I do photography too and thats all fun and games.

Gotta be on your game 100% every day. Not like some professions where if you don't feel like doing shyt you can lay low and take it easy. People can die if I say fukk it and try to cut corners.

But at the same time I like that aspect because it keeps you on top of your shyt.
