Honestly the most painful death would be getting bit by a rattlesnake and being stuck somewhere with no medical attention. You would be in hell for every second for days and it would keep getting worse until you finally die.

Vipers like rattlesnakes have venom that is hemotoxic, so it basically your dissolves your blood and tissue as it gets pumped through your body. If you get medical treatment, it’s rarely fatal. But if you don’t it’s probably one of the worst ways to go out.
