Like everything in life it takes practice to get better. Go out there start talking to women. You'll get rejected but don't let that phase you, you'll eventually get better at it and your confidence will grow. You can start by targeting uglier or bigger women to get an initial confidence boost.

Dating in general is harder nowadays breh. The standards placed on each other are crazy. Online dating doesn't favor us brehs either unless you got some status, money, looks, etc, otherwise it can be a lot harder. That's just life in general. There are short brehs that eating out there. Join an activity that you'd meet women in and they might literally fall in your lap, it may not be a certified dime and might even be a 4, but you in a drought so it's gonna be temporary just make it known because even a 4 could have some action on standby. Also you can be doing something to benefit yourself and the focus won't even be on women so you'll see how the pieces fall, like try some volunteering
