The only person willing to shell out the kind of money Prokhorov is paying is Prokhorov himself. Cuban isn't gonna think D-Will is worth essentially an entire cap's worth of money + Dirk and Marion.
Given that Dallas would be looking at Dwight too, Cuban wouldn't eliminate himself from that possibility just to give Brooklyn a puncher's chance.
