What's the scariest moment you've seen or experienced in your life so far ?

As I was driving back home from an overnight shift on winding backroads, a couple, dressed like a bride and groom, were playing in the road. They were holding hands and spinning around like this:

I swerved and avoided them. I think they were trying to get killed, it was the perfect place to do it because you wouldn't see them until you made the turn but I take driving very seriously, enough to fortunately avoid that kind of nonsense. I don't have any trauma about it, but I sort of keep the story to myself because it sounds crazy. I can still vividly picture them in the headlights, hard to even imagine it was real as that was as close to killing someone as I have ever came.

You saw something otherworldly. Burn some incense when you get home.

The time I nearly drowned in the pool

I was like 8 and my friends made fun of me for staying on the kiddy side, so I went to the deeper part and took my hand off the ledge and tried to go under and it looked like an abyss. It scared the hell out of me so I tried to swim up but I couldn’t see the ledge anymore and since I didn’t have my goggles my eyes were starting to burn, I couldn't see at all. I had no idea what was going on. I was freaking out. Forgot to hold my breath too. Some girl pulled me out before things got really bad though.

I was visiting my cousin in the projects. Seen a nikka get shot in the face. I don’t remember a lot from when I was little but I remember that shyt clear as hell

Getting bit during a street fight.
Almost getting jumped by 15 people.
Getting pulled over with a duffle bag of work and an expired registration.
Ex cheated on me and she got burnt.
Running a CC scheme and thought I got caught by the police.
Dude in KKK pulled a knife on me.
Mom telling me if she didn't wake up in the morning call the police.

I was in a small plane that nearly crashed when I was in college. To this day, I do not like flying and will never get in another small plane or jet again.

House fire when I was 6yo. Brothers were 4 & 2 at the time. Fire started at the neighbor's house & before I knew it my pops was carrying me & lil bro on his back climbing from 3rd floor balcony to 2nd flr roof. He dropped us from the roof to ground level to a helpful passerby. Ma dukes & baby bro were on the first floor so they got out quick.

No casualties thank the most high

Immediately put into ICU where 1 doctor and 4 nurses had to hold me down while inserting a huge syringe into my chest to drain the fluid
I wasn’t unconscious at all
So seeing that shyt
I have many other scary stories but this the one memory that gives me night terrors all these years later

I believe you. There were kids that used to do this near where my father lived. It was a game of 'chicken' where they would lie in the middle of the road like this...

They scared a lot of drivers before their trifling azz parents finally figured out what was going on. They were extremely lucky not to have gotten killed.
