If I'm interviewing with a middle aged white woman, in person or over the phone, I'm not getting the job or a second interview. These Karen's make it known they aren't playing on your team. Making it a big deal my major for my college degree is not a match for the job when a degree ain't even a requirement. Whenever I interview with a breh or a sis, I get the job 90% of the time.

I think interviewing with a gay white or Spanish guy is the worst. I’ve always gotten hired by older white ladies.

Them and Indian or East Asian interviewers. Never gotten a job when the interviewers are Indian or Asian. They are strictly on time.

I'm most shocked at how little the Job hunting game has grown up until 2022. shyt should be easy af.

Linkedin is dope. but you cant tell me there shouldnt be a mainstream software that templates your resume, and you enter in a few fields like company, names, etc.

Then it should automatically apply for anything remotely similar to the job you want.

Especially nowadays when most companies are hiring based on ppl they would like to work with (personality). Why the hell do I need to "apply"for jobs in 2022.

Interviewing was a breeze during the pandemic. Could easily knock out 3 or 4 in one day. Not sure I want to ever conduct another in person interview again.
