3-11 has to be the worst it's in the middle of the day when everything is happening plus I don't have a garage or driveway living in Jersey so coming home that late would fukk me over every night with parking. I always make it a point to tell whoever is hiring me that 3-11 shift outside of covering some shifts at times is a no go for me as a permanent shift. 7-3/8-4 and overnight shift is fine since there is ample time to do what I need/want to do without severely impacting my life.

3 to 11.

I have work it and it sucks. People say you get to sleep late but to me you miss life itself. 7 to 3 is a normal shift. 11 to 7 is good because its cooler in the spring and summer, all of the main supervision is not there, when you get off work you can handle business or go straight to sleep and get up and handle business.
That's what I'm saying about that 11 to 7. At least once you're done with work, you can go out for breakfast, brunch, or lunch and do whatever during the peak hours of the day.

We had a 1pm til 9pm 2nd shift during the pandemic it sucked cause you can sleep in but when you wake up all you're doing is waiting to go to work. When you get home your child is in bed or getting ready for bed and you get maybe an hour with your wife. Then wake up the next day and repeat. That went on for about 6 months then we went back to our GOAT hours of 5:30 am til 2pm its early but when you get off work you still have a whole day ahead of you
