Best shift is probably 7 AM - 3 PM. Personally I work (6:30 AM - 2:30 PM). I like it, cuz it just "feels" like I get out early afternoon.


The worst shift is that 3 PM - 11 PM shyt, unless you're young and single. Then you're good. I'd rather work overnight I think, than that shyt, otherwise. At least you get your day, and you're leaving, as nggas come in the AM, plus you're working when nggas are sleep. Then again, might be an issue, if your GF aint shyt.

When you work that 3 - 11, you will miss out on life in general, and spend most of your days waiting to go to work. Can't go too far before work either.

D. And for me it was typically more like 3PM-midnight/1AM or later. But that's a shift that'll basically steal your whole life regardless.

I know a lot of people would say E, but that shift can definitely work for many. With E you start working late enough and get off early enough to both get enough rest and accomplish necessary daytime tasks (going to the bank, running errands, paying bills, doing laundry, etc).

12a - 8a
4p - 12am
6p - 2a

The overnight shifts were all rough but I kinda feel like the 3p- 11p is the worst but the 6p-2am was crazy to keep track of your vacation time since it crosses over days

I remember just filling in my time on Fridays was a pain

Night shifts easily. Even worse if its part time and you got other shyt to do during the day fukking up your entire sleeping pattern

And it feels like you're in a ghost realm when you see people going to work when you get off

3 to 11 isn't really as bad as ya'll make it to be. You got the entire day and You got nighttime activities after work. Or you can just go to bed for 7-8 hours and wake up at 8a.m.
