Good defense is a lost art. I mean how many times do you see pgs get all the way to the basket with one move and no contest whatsoever. I'm more surpsrised when I see someone defend than the opposite.

Because they are some bytch made nikkas. That's why the NBA is un-watchable at times.

I actually sat down and watched some of that Thunder-Bulls game and they weren't playing no defense. Kurt Heinrich was playing some of the worse, standing around defense I've seen in my life.

the evils of truth, and love
its harder than you think to keep having energy to shoot on target while using alot of energy to defend

i think more star players should be willing to play harder on the defensive end though especially if they looking streaky on certain nights

People here acting like any nba player can be a great defender if he wanted to.
it's not that easy.

The reason why Harden isn't a great defender is the same reason why Tony Allen is not a great scorer, or Brook Lopez is not great rebounder. It's about talent and skills.

Durants Actually a good defender Statistically and eye test wise, The issue is that he's out of position. he should be at his natural position the 4.

lol no he don't..

Rondo's not even avery bradley status, he can get steals and sh1t but he dont be shutting guards down,

all rondo has to do is pass, he is like jason kidd was in his prime, which was why kidd was a great defender...

If you really sit and think, there just arent that many great 2 way players

SMH @ this logic. Then all Kobe has to do is pass, which is why he used to be a very good defender. :comeon:

Jason Kidd was a great two player. So is Rondo. SMH @ not even Avery Bradley status; Bradley's the best or second best perimeter defender in the league. That's like saying Kobe ain't shyt because he's not LeBron/MJ status. :skip:

Kevin Durant has a 7 foot wingspan and is as athletic as anyone in the league. Dude should be swatting errbody :birdman:
fouls out too easily

Melo is athletic enought to get room for his jumpshot but he cant put a hand up? :birdman:
see durant

Harden is 6-6 220 and dude literally just stands there, thats not acceptable in pick up games let alone the NBA. :birdman:
his left ankle went to houston while his right stayed in okc

But foreal tho, if you have the energy to run three circles around the court just to take a contested jumpshot... you should have the energy to play some defence

It boggles my mind how coaches can think this is acceptable :mindblown:
