Well how can I say, it's not a convincing Submission to the eye. Even in MMA is a easy submission to block against. What he should do is a Twister, no one would complain about it because it's fukking deadly.

Yeah, that's primarily Ronda's sub because of her natural Judo background. Just for me ADR's seems awkward, not he doesn't do it right, but it's looks funny.

For me, this is flawless Armbar; although hard to pull off.

Del Rio doesn't have an ability to connect with the crowd. He had to build heat through Ricardo and a cheap imitation of the Yes chant. He is very solid in the ring though.
