If you live in a big crowded city or take public transportation to work I guess it might make sense. If not then being in a serious relationship with a nikka who can’t drive at all is clown shyt.

As a grown man I couldn’t be in a position where I had to rely on others for transportation on a regular basis. My car was in the shop for a month for extended repairs and I damn near lost my mind dealing with that shyt.
Yup. There's something liberating about having your own car.

I remember taking a train to a job interview back in 2013 and the train flat out skipped my stop to where the job was. I was forced to get off the very next stop and I asked a friend who lived around the area if he could drive me the next town over to the job. He picked me up from the train stop and I made it on time and gave him gas money.

That experience was nightmare inducing and one of the main reasons that I got my own car in 2015.

It’s weird right I just assumed my oldest (17) wanted to drive but nope he’s still walking and catching the bus. When I was his age all I wanted was to drive my whip. I used to be all around my city. But once again we were outside outside they barely like to go out.

Probably mental health suffer from anxiety type of stuff the new wave is on... I remember when I was growing up bouncing around was one of the main things too do.. put a system in the ride and starting cruising the neighborhood looking for girls .

Driving is pure common sense, not knowing how to drive a car means you stupid
Meh. As a driver it’s one of the most dangerous things you can do.
In 2020, a total of 35,766 fatal motor vehicle accidents occurred on U.S. roadways. These crashes resulted in a total of 38,824 deaths.
Along with cars being expensive, especially the used car market being … I don’t see it as a big deal.

I know it’s kinda jokes. I’m gone be sad when she actually wants to get away from me.:mjcry:

Like i said, me taking her to drive ain’t the issue. She’s got to take the class on her own time.

I can't blame them. Even used cars cost a lot now. Plus with ride share apps it makes it easier to not have a car. It couldn't be me though. But you know I'm from a different generation. You had to call the cab. Even they have apps now.
