I’ve been both. Being broke is worse by far.

Being fat never depressed me.

The only times I've ever thought about crashing out or walking into traffic was when i was broke and underemployed. The type of broke where payday only got you ou the negatives. When you're too broke to die because it would financially cripple your loved ones.

I'd take fat and financial stability every time. I'm fortunate to be fit and have a six figure net worth.

Square biz. Being broke:

• Having to ration out food to survive throughout the week and pray you don't get hungry
• Washing clothes with your hands or sometimes just wearing the same shyt but switching the days around with different 4 piece attire
• Going through endless loops trying to get government assistance, while somebody that has it all manipulates the system leaving you hopeless and defeated
• Walking for miles trying to get home because you have no car or carfare to get around
• Getting judged by pastors and those that have it, because they have a lucky streak and forgot where they came from
• Being so shook about money that if you are in the double digits in the bank account, it's scary hours

If your survival and dignity is on the line, that must be worse than being obese add to that children and all those other variables and it can quickly turn to a nightmare
