Narcissists usually feel deep emptiness because they have nearly no self esteem or self awareness. So they will do any and everything to use external shyt to feel good.

Most are addicted successful and validation even if they gotta walk over or shyt on you first. Ive known s couple true npd's and they cant help but destroy and burn bridges
