they are probably using the term wrong. "thinking highly of yourself" is that's not what counselors describe as a narcissist. there is like 10 other shytty traits and you need more than ego to be diagnosed narcissist

Sociopathic people are some of the most successful out there. Kobe and Michael Jordan were sociopaths when it came to their work product and goals.
