What’s your favorite album from the GOAT? (MJ Celebration/Appreciation Thread)

My top three is always, 1) Thriller, 2) Bad, 3) Off The Wall. Sometimes the order changes but those are definitely my top 3. I’ll put the complete top 10 list later.

History is dope as fukk. They Don’t Care About Us is one of my fav MJ songs of all time.

Low key I flip flop between Thriller and Bad as my fav MJ album.



I think of Bad as Thriller on steroids.



Of course Thriller is Thriller but Bad is , depending on your mood it could be as good as Thriller or better.



Regardless MJ’s only competition is himself.

Dude gave us a classic even though most folks criticize the album due to the fact that it wasn't typical MJ. This album pretty much felt like MJ's version of "Me against the World"

Thriller slightly over Off The Wall - Billie Jean, Himan Nature, Beat It, Wanna Be Startin’ Something are just way too legendary.

The greatness of Thriller imo is that it’s so special folks take it for granted because the songs off that album are played everywhere/the most. Sometimes I have to catch myself when I listen to it and remember not to take the songs’ greatness for granted.
