Was about to say as a kid it was fruity pebbles or honey nut (pause) cheerios
but as an adult its Wheaties (if I ever do get boxed cereal) or steal oats with cinnamon or good ol fashion cream of wheat with a lil butter

6grams versus the 10grams per serving in golden grahams. not to mention, the sugars are natural in comparison. a majority of the calories you get from golden grahams are from the sugar used. and that's just golden grahams vs. kashi. imagine comparing something else...
