Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 and II. I liked MK11 out of the recent ones. I prob said it before wish we can get a remastered version of the classics

It's a toss up between MK11 and MK9 as my favorite MK with MK1 probably edging it out. I never played MK vs DC, Deadly Alliance, Deception, the OG MK or MK 2 or any of the spin offs like Shaolin Monks and Mythologies so I can't really rank them. The first MK game I was exposed to was MK4 but the first MK game I ever had was MK Advance which was probably one of the worst games I've ever played.

nikka MK4 is trash.
MK2/UMK3- MK2 for nostalgia and UMK3 because it was MK3, but with EVERYBODY. Yes, it was missing Johnny Cage, but they added updated versions of all the hidden characters and gave them a moveset and a backstory.
MK11- is #2 because it gave us some of the best iterations of the classic characters and was kind of a throwback to the classic MK down to the play style.
