I've picked up my fair share of hobbies over the years, and I can do a few things pretty well, but I'm best at drawing and painting; I hesitate to call it a gift though, since I practice 4-8 hours a day in order to be any good. Also, I was told I was a pretty talented writer when I was in school, but it wasn't something I ever considered doing seriously, so I never really pursued that as a hobby; though I might pick writing up in the future and try to better myself at it, since I want to write and illustrate my own comic one day.

According to my mom, the condom broke. I guess God didn't plan that minor mishap.

My aunt once told me how my grandmother threw my mom out the house because she couldn't handle the fact my mom was on kid #2 at 19. My grandmother is an extremely over religious woman so she blamed the devil for my mom falling into temptation and having sex before marriage. Haitians always blaming the devil for any mishaps :snoop: anyways my grandmother had a dream where God told her I was a "special" child and needed to be sheltered and with her shunning my mom out while pregnant with me, she would be punished. My mom ended up returning home to her and till this day, I'm always treated better than the rest of my siblings and cousins by my grandma. To be honest, I believe all that was just a hoax..

I don't believe I have a calling or maybe I haven't found mine yet. I give up on "searching" for it. Life been nothing but hell to me, I'm on medication for depression disorder and anxiety and tried to commit suicide a few times. Stuff like that, I doubt I'd be favored by God enough to be given a "special purpose."

Half of us here were probably accidents lol, don't let that ( or your family) get you down. Don't go thinking you need some grand purpose in life either to have a fufilling one, or that it's gonna drop in your lap if you really want one. Most people only find what they want to do with their lives by going out and experimenting with different hobbies and such, and if you do the same, you'll most likely find something you wanna invest your time in sooner or later(sounds like going out and finding new hobbies might be healthy for you tbh).

If you don't find a "grand calling" in life or whatever, just find a career you can at least tolerate and learn to enjoy the rest that life has to offer; Family, friends, food, music, The Coli, whatever. I know it's easier said than done, but life is full of a lot of little joys that we all tend to overlook or take for granted. Find one of those little things and try to make it a highlight or an event for you to look forward too, it can make getting by day to day a little bit easier.

Thanks.
I was going to school for Animation since I enjoy drawing and computers but I settled for keeping drawing as a hobby and sticking to computer. I graduate for my bachelor in IT in another year. Drawing, writing and reading are my current hobbies but I plan to venture out more when I'm ready.

I can hear a song, speech, or lecture once and remember it verbatim. Helped me in college a lot. Oddly enough I'm very forgetful though (i.e. forgetting my wallet, leaving candles burning, etc.)

Also I'm really good with kids. Although it might be the fact that I when I occasionally babysit my wifes' cousins they enjoy being bodyslammed on the couch.

It sucks but I literally was put on this earth to be a listener. I'm not a good talker but I'm a very good friend. That's my gift. I can make ANY body feel comfortable. People know me for days and tell me things. For some reason I'm the one someone calls at 2am when they're having a breakdown. I say it sucks only cuz a few times the person didn't care about me but just wanted to confide.

I've been told I'm a human diary :mjcry:

Same here. This, patience and loyalty are what I have.

I'm supposedly nice with the written word too, but basically, what you said.

I work the window.

I'm the fastest person there. I'm embarrassed that I'm proficient at something like that. I should commit that
timbaland worked at McDonalds before developing his craft. Hit a fat ass blunt or meditate think deeply what you'd like to do that can be developed
