pretty sad i gained a lot of weight over the past year. back in 2010 i lost about 80 pounds in 4 months and back then i was 212 and from then to now i crept back up to 258 but when i stepped on a scale about a month ago and saw the number my mind shifted back to weight loss and i've almost lost 10 pounds in a month. once i find a new car i'm gonna double that down to 20 pounds a month like the old days. i miss running on the treadmill at the gym.

don't want to sound like a dikk, but I probably will.....

From my research, losing the weight isn't really hard for most people, maintaining it is.

Make those lifestyle changes permanent breh :birdman:

This includes keeping your stress down......

I switched jobs and for a long time it was fast food everyday. My previous job went a long way towards helping me lose and maintain that weight loss. Now I more or less skip lunch or eat at subway. It's about making smarter choices which for a long time I wasn't.

Ouch....

careful with the subway too. You can be doing yourself a disfavor too, by eating the wrong things.

adding the wrong condiments (ranch) + soft drinks ( soda) + a cookie has the average consumer coming out worse than eating at Mcdonalds...

It really is about portion size. The only problem is our animal instinct is to eat everything in front of us....

Breh taking protein shakes to work might help significantly curve your appetite

I don't mind the weight, but I mind that it's where I don't want it (tummy). I'm working on it.

i did a bmi a couple of days ago and i'm 12% body fat.
i'm trying to get up to 145 by the end of the summer. i've put on 7 pounds in the last 2 months and have been using 2 two 20 pound dumbbells in the crib, dips, sit ups, crunches push ups etc. for lower body i bike 10-30 miles a week.

i had some bad tooth problems a couple of years ago that made eating difficult and i lost weight...that shyt sucked. i'm trying to get my shyt right. wish me luck.

the problem with your version is that you dont lift, and im certain that you arent putting enough emphasis on your protein macro

FAT loss is the key, if you dont spare muscle, even after you lose weight youll struggle to keep it there because your body is going to need increasingly less and less to function meaning any slight excess will result in gaining fat back.

muscle preservation is PARAMOUNT, youre a smart guy winb i made the guide foolproof and you have the diet diligence. You just need to take hte leap and do a routine

you arent an old man yet and walking the dog while noble isnt going to cut it in the long run if you want to be healthy

when i get some wheels in the next couple weeks i'll probably be at the gym 5-6 days a week there will be lifting in there every other day. i don't intend to run on a treadmill only till i pound myself into an awkward body shape. i will admit i usually eat about 100-150 grams of protein a day but usually when i lift i drink whey to get that up.
