Blend the following:
1 Cup of Oatmeal
1-2 scoops of whey protein
1 tblspn of Peanut Butter (or healthy oil)
1-2 Cups of Milk
This will give you the calories (600-700) the good fats and protein you need in your meals.
I just started this but instead of Oatmeal I've been blending whole Almonds and Sunflower seeds (each of these have so many vitamins and minerals and shyt plus they both give a gang of calories. 100 grams gives about 600 calories.)
I want to drink 3 shakes with 3 meals or drink 4 drinks and 2 meals so that I get 3,000+ calories.
I started noticing that Im gaining weight but I haven't been disciplined enough to get all 3,000+ calories. Im sure if I get all 3,000 calories I know I will bulk up.
Youtube "Home made meal replacements". They are cheap to make too. All the ingredients should cost about $30-$40 a week for a 3,000+ calorie diet. Any of yall can afford to do this.
