either 5'5 or 5'6 and 142 pounds the last time i checked about a week ago. lost quite a few pounds the last month. haven't been eating as much as i used to. *shrugs*

LMAO @ all you guys in here feeling the need to add in the extra details as if anybody asked you if you were muscular, skinny, been going to the gym since you was a peewee, or how you have ladies walking up to you because of your stats. why you telling us for? shut the fukk up.

For all my skinny brehs tryna gain weight.

Blend the following:
1 Cup of Oatmeal
1-2 scoops of protein powder
1 tblspn of Peanut Butter (or healthy oil)
1-2 Cups of Milk

This will give you the calories (600-700) the good fats and protein you need in your meals.

I just started this but instead of Oatmeal I've been blending whole Almonds and Sunflower seeds (each of these have so many vitamins and minerals and shyt plus they both give a gang of calories. 100 grams gives about 600 calories.)

I want to drink 3 shakes with 3 meals or drink 4 drinks and 2 meals so that I get 3,000+ calories.

I started noticing that Im gaining weight but I haven't been disciplined enough to get all 3,000+ calories. Im sure if I get all 3,000 calories I know I will bulk up.

Youtube "Home made meal replacements". They are cheap to make too. All the ingredients should cost about $30-$40 a week for a 3,000+ calorie diet. Any of yall can afford to do this.
