How fast will you see results? It depends on how much you eat now and how much you exercise.
When you exercise your body burns calories, so you need to eat more calories than you burn.
I watched a video where dude said, if you are naturally skinny, multiple your current weight by 22.
So if you weigh 150 x 22 = 3300 calories is your target calorie consumption.
You'll probably gain about a pound a week.
