So you just drink it? And how fast could i expect results. and what is whey protein?

Yeah, you just drink it...each drink has the nutrients of a meal. So every time you drink it, it's like you just ate a meal.

How fast will you see results? It depends on how much you eat now and how much you exercise.

When you exercise your body burns calories, so you need to eat more calories than you burn.

I watched a video where dude said, if you are naturally skinny, multiple your current weight by 22.

So if you weigh 150 x 22 = 3300 calories is your target calorie consumption.
You'll probably gain about a pound a week.

Blend the following:
1 Cup of Oatmeal
1-2 scoops of whey protein
1 tblspn of Peanut Butter (or healthy oil)
1-2 Cups of Milk

This will give you the calories (600-700) the good fats and protein you need in your meals.

I just started this but instead of Oatmeal I've been blending whole Almonds and Sunflower seeds (each of these have so many vitamins and minerals and shyt plus they both give a gang of calories. 100 grams gives about 600 calories.)

I want to drink 3 shakes with 3 meals or drink 4 drinks and 2 meals so that I get 3,000+ calories.

I started noticing that Im gaining weight but I haven't been disciplined enough to get all 3,000+ calories. Im sure if I get all 3,000 calories I know I will bulk up.

Youtube "Home made meal replacements". They are cheap to make too. All the ingredients should cost about $30-$40 a week for a 3,000+ calorie diet. Any of yall can afford to do this.

appreciate it fam but i already know how to gain the weight prefer not to put on a bunch weight i like to be light in the weight with cut muscles and strenght maintained

but good looking out though :myman:
