Yeah man it's a VA loan so no PMI. I think right now 1200 goes to principal. I bought the home 675k. PMI would kill me. It's worth over 890k now. Gonna start to double up payment next year. I want to eventually pay it off in 10 years.

F pay it off bro, re finance pull out as much as u can seeing it increashed by 200k its tax free or sell and use towards new property believe its called a 1038 which is tax free as long as u get a new property within 3 months .. paying off a crib is dumb af if u think of it.. but what do i know i rent
For real man. They sent me my renewal and I was shook. I thought my shyt was about to be $1700. Landlord pulled up last month to re-mulch the front and he was a breh so I think that was a blessing.
