Toronto worst place on the planet to buy. Investment properties are tiny mortgages under $1k but rent control keeping me from maximizing thr money I make there. If only I could channel my inner slum lord and start evicting people.

Lol that is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage. Not the date. And I have a mortgage. Rent does not have taxes and insurance (well unless you have rental insurance)

$2000 a month 2000 square foot 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom in the suburbs outside of Houston. Technically it's $1600 a month but I pay property tax and insurance together so it brings it to $2000 a month.

Montreal is dope AF....was there a few weeks ago... so many fine ladies...I came back to Chicago and said "gah damn, I've been living amongst these beasts?"

Chicago $1600 usd / 1 br downtown Chicago...luxury apartment maybe 900 square ft...renting.... moving out in a few weeks cuz renting is a waste of money IMO

affordable: Uptown and many places north of there, West town (ish), Bronzeville, Kenwood, Hydepark (if you're renting)
