Whats your RENT / MORTGAGE PAYMENT MONTHLY ?

My beachside apartment is $2700 a month.
My home is $1800 mortgage a month.
I pay $12K every 6 months for property taxes.

Gottdamn owning property isnt really worth it.. property taxes ?? Smfh 2700 a month mortgage im assuming ? Nice u rich rich because u have a home and a beachfront ? U in cali or fl ?

I'll have to keep my location unknown. Not rich yet, but one day. Apartment is a 1 bedroom. Home is 5 bedrooms. I have another house out of state too that I only go to in the summer. Paid outright for it. $60K for the land and I've been building on it. I rent it out too.

Montreal is dope AF....was there a few weeks ago... so many fine ladies...I came back to Chicago and said "gah damn, I've been living amongst these beasts?"

Chicago $1600 usd / 1 br downtown Chicago...luxury apartment maybe 900 square ft...renting.... moving out in a few weeks cuz renting is a waste of money IMO

$1600 downtown is a steal tho.

when I first got the house, payment was at around $1600, but I refinanced and got a homeowners exemption which cut my property taxes in half.

I'm still on pace to pay this house off in like 18 years. will probably get it done in 10.

It’s a nice place. It’s in the financial district tho… loop loop… easy to hit west loop or south loop or a 10 min walk to grant park.
