I pay $1700 tho so I can finish it off a decade sooner
The city record (and zillow) estimate it's worth $525k now so I'm getting prepared for that tax assessment appeal

I'm a brehette and you getting too nosey lol. Nah but I did put down a little over 30%. I sold my previous house and made a killing. Put down a big down payment on the new home because I wanted low payments. Not counting my down payment, my house value has increased $100k in less than a year.
