I don't think the money is the issue, they'd probably cut him a blank check if he would take the job and give him the GM role too.... I don't know if they have enough draft capital for the Saints since they gave up all them picks for Russ(which also looks like a disaster)

I think the Chargers really like Staley and aren't gonna can him after two years. You already know what it is with the Cowboys, it's just if Payton wants to be GM/President of Football Operations in his next role. I can see the Broncos giving him that power to take the job - I don't see Jerry doing it. He probably gets paid whatever he wants no matter what gig he takes, more of a power thing is the tiebreaker.
