He at least deserves a chance. It’s week 2. Give him a couple years and then ask for him to be fired. Same with the raiders coach.
Nah, he won't get that - like someone already said he wasn't hired by the current ownership. They didn't give Russ $250m to watch a neophyte HC who's clearly in over his head embarrass himself out there and waste seasons.

That's a guy who is used to handling things at a micro level only. Now that's he's the head coach he has to manage the macro level and he clearly doesn't know how.
The team is going to turn on him if he doesn't fix his deficiencies.
My big thing is the delay of games, I'm assuming since he's an offensive guy he's calling the plays... .he's not getting them in to Russ quick enough. At the very least, he should give up playcalling duties.
