No single reason to be on twitter.
Just because you don't feel a need to be on twitter, doesn't mean this shouldn't be addressed. There are hundreds of millions of people on Twitter. If this type of speech flourishes on an American platform, then it is very concerning.

That man is already in jail and will likely never see freedom again. There’s no conspiracy to protect him, black people didn't try and look into her background to find anything to disparage her. Black people didn’t cape for him and disrespected her by mocking her death. He is right where he belongs and no black people are creating crowdfunding to support him either. So what are they whining about?

It's just an excuse to bash black people. There's no need to overthink it.

Any tweet involving a black person doing something will have similar comments :yeshrug: that's just where we are right now

Its football season, plus its a good place to find stock ideas. Not to mention admiring beautiful women from afar.

Just like anything ,you have to alchemize it for your benefit as a black man. The problem is yall give your power to white racist by spending all your time engaging with them. Why not focus on making black twitter great again and ignoring cacs? Yall still dont understand the power of being indifferent and righteously unnaffected after all these years:respect:

if youre okay with stopping people from saying things you dont like...
dont be surprised when they start talking about shutting down sites like this because of "reverse racism" or whatever they would call it.

What is there to do besides repeal Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act. That's the nuclear bomb you could use on all social media platforms but I don't think it'll prevent racist people from being racist on Twitter/FB/etc. And that could backfire on any social media platforms that arise to potentially replace the more odious ones.

End of the day the focus should be on nuking Elon on every front. Remove SpaceX's ability to launch in the US, investigate Tesla, etc. I'd love to see Starlink forcefully nationalized but that's not going to happen. Best way to go after Twitter is to go after Elon.

The issue now is that hate speech is being weaponized and disseminated to the extent that it could turn into something very ugly. The owner is a beneficiary of Apartheid. It’s crucial that everyone understands the underlying objective here.

But again, what's the solution? Something that comes to mind would be banning algorithms that perpetually lead people further and further into extreme content. But is that constitutional or legal to ban? I have no idea but my guess is that the courts wouldn't allow that.

It's virtually impossible to engage with a lot of content on Twitter because if you click it means your timeline will be flooded with that shyt. Elon deliberately adds violent content to people's feeds and begs you to click. And the violent content is almost always a video of a black person attacking a white person. Or illegal (or legal) immigrants committing crimes. You click and then you see more. And then you start getting straight up Nazis on your feed. It's no wonder people think crime is rampant when every time they look at Twitter they see someone being stabbed, shot, or robbed. It's radicalizing people. And I'm not sure how you stop that. Nationalizing Twitter perhaps? I can't think of anything else besides the 230 repeal that may not work.
