When did apple customer service turn into shyt ?

nah i'm not mad .. nor am i gonna go on a rant on apple...

basically, my 5s was under warranty and was giving me issues .. i took it the apple store but they told me software problems and told me install new software and as brand new and should resolve the issue. i obviously knew that this guy was trying to get rid of me, so i did what it was told and i don't have time to go to different apple stores.

the software reset didn't help, but at this point my warranty expired. i went back to store and explained to them the problem again. the genius rep is like oh ya i see the problem but your phone is still experiencing software issues. i said i'm not buying it.. the rep said i'll call a manager for you. a manager comes up and tells me to either pay for a replacement or gtfo cause i'm not gonna get a replacement for free.

His exact words were "you have two options..1 you pay for a replacement since you got no warranty or 2. you do software reset and that's it and we are done here so you can leave" and he literally walks away. :mjlol:
i just walked away. no point in making a scene :manny:

The asswipe I had kept doing something similar too. He's hinting at me under his breath "yeah man that's what happens when u get the screen fixed at the flea market" and I'm thinking to myself "wtf is this fakkit talking about?" he said it twice and that's when I realize "ooo this fakkit's tryna screw me over :dwillhuh:"
And I keep saying fakkit because literally everyone that works there looks like a cocksucking homo


Forreal, When he called the other "Genius" he kept whispering that bxtch about like "Yeah so he must've used multiple friends accounts on the device to get "free" apps cuz that's the only way this is happening :stopitslime:

At the end I fixed it myself by repeating the install over and over at the Genius bar my damn self and left with my brand new iPhone 5

one time I went there to get my 4S replaced after 2 weeks because of a stuck volume button.

nikka told me i was getting a new phone, gave me a phone out a black box. All you had to do was give me the choice of taking a refurb or not. All I wanted was honesty.

i dont really care for the genius bar myself and i never had a problem with apple. i just got my macbook fixed after 2 appointments. the first store was like yea we ran this through a trillion and 5 stress tests and we couldnt reproduce your issue. i got it back and had the issue again in 20 seconds. i set up an appointment to go to a different one and the guy was like ok we'll run it through...i said look at the case notes breh, just send it in. but we...send it in please. but it says...send it in breh. that was saturday i got my shyt back yesterday with damn near everything replaced. i guess the stress tests missed DAMN NEAR EVERYTHING
