nah i'm not mad .. nor am i gonna go on a rant on apple...
basically, my 5s was under warranty and was giving me issues .. i took it the apple store but they told me software problems and told me install new software and as brand new and should resolve the issue. i obviously knew that this guy was trying to get rid of me, so i did what it was told and i don't have time to go to different apple stores.
the software reset didn't help, but at this point my warranty expired. i went back to store and explained to them the problem again. the genius rep is like oh ya i see the problem but your phone is still experiencing software issues. i said i'm not buying it.. the rep said i'll call a manager for you. a manager comes up and tells me to
either pay for a replacement or gtfo cause i'm not gonna get a replacement for free.
His exact words were "you have two options..1 you pay for a replacement since you got no warranty or 2. you do software reset and that's it and we are done here so you can leave" and he literally walks away.

i just walked away. no point in making a scene
