This is the worst kind of thinking, no offense "The truth will prevail" is an absolute load of horseshyt, with no basis in reality.
The "truth" can and is distorted in every way possible. Skepticism and outright rejection of true events are two vastly different things.
Climate change denial is a prime example of this. Massive, massive bodies of work from global scientists. "Skepticism" is asking to see sources and data, wanting to replicate some studies. Outright denial ignores the massive body of evidence, and instead paints it as a conspiracy.

What are you talking about? You made claims and didn't post one example. What is this rhetoric that fox news is spewing? (I wouldn't know because I don't watch fox, CNN, or msnbc, I read the articles on their websites and cross reference those with a variety of alternative and international news).

That's another thing PC culture has birthed, "hate watching and reading". You have people watching shows and reading websites that they already know they are fundamentally opposed to just to get offended and have something to complain about. It actually increases ratings and incentivizes the hosts and authors to be as crass and rude as possible.

That's the irony of "liberals" tho. You actually increase the things you hate the most with your incessant whining. Its like the idea of changing the channel, removing themselves from a hostile environment, or ignoring someone or something doesn't exist

The anti-PC types are very thin skinned as well, essentially they are trying to avoid social consequences society places on people who use racist language. I know its not limited to racism but essentially that what it always comes down to, if they cite statistics like "black on black" crime and they get pushback their answer is that people are being too PC. However they don't like getting named xenophobes or racist either and they are also quick to take offense. For example when the Daily News put up the cover mocking Republicans for the "thoughts and prayers" response to gun violence they took offense. In fact they will take offense to people who mock or criticize their sacred topics like religion. Sarah Palin threw a fit when Rahm used the word retard while going on some campaign against PC speech.

Being anti-PC does not means its OK to infringe on another persons rights.


We need to get to the point where we can condemn racist or other hate speech without limiting free speech.
