The Only God Can Judge Me Motto, has really fukked our culture up AKA I'm fukking up, but don't you tell me anything about it.

This motto pretty much removed all the honor and shame from our community. Back in the day you couldn't seat in the front of the church unwedded with kids. It was shameful to be married with kids or not be a father to your kids. Now the Pastor and family are scared to correct people.

Seems like Black people as a whole can't take any criticism anymore true or false. We don't want anyone to tell our kids anything right or wrong. What happened to us? We were raised on the Hard Truth. Now when some calls us on something we don't even address the statement, we just attack the messenger and ignore the statement. Or we state White People do it too.

It's like our whole culture is taking on a feminine energy. Meaning never accept the truth. Sidetrack, derail, fight, debate, attack, insult, shame everyone and thing except the truth.

"Who hurt you"
"You're Momma Black"
"You're lame"
"White People do it too"
"No all"

It's really sad. I'm notice our men are becoming worse than the women.

My dad always told me, as long as you're making excuses you ain't make progress. And that's where we are.

Yeah fathers teach self accountability and like buddy said above me a lot of fathers not in the homes so it’s female attitudes (I know all women are not like this) of it always being somebody else fault when things go wrong either personally or in our community. You be a man and say we fukking up or it’s in our community to do A-Z and all of a sudden you are a c00n no matter how much you donate time or $ to black causes. No matter if you have a black family. But you hit the nail on the head Op

Guess what a lot of them DON'T have...

True.

You can post stats on the negative results of not having a father and our community will ignore. It's like we keep quiet bcuz we don't want to hurt feelings. From the Church to the elders now. No one says anything.

Proverbs 27:5 - Open rebuke is better than secret love.

1 Timothy 5:20 - Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear.

Titus 2:15 - These things speak, and exhort, and rebuke with all authority. Let no man despise thee.

Proverbs 27:6 - Faithful are the wounds of a friend; but the kisses of an enemy are deceitful.

Proverbs 29:15 - The rod and reproof give wisdom: but a child left to himself bringeth his mother to shame.

Revelation 3:19 - As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.

When the Black family disintegrated in the 1930's. It was tenuous at best due to slavery, but the mass exodus of Black people from the South to the North in the 30's pretty much spelled our doom.

A lot of the elders weren't exactly practicing what they preached.

You can't tell no one to clean up their house but your affairs aren't in order.

Look at Bill Cosby for example. He was lecturing black folks on what they should and shouldn't be doin but whole time he was participating in a lot of a immoral debauchery.

At the end of the day, you can't save everybody. If they crash and burn, let em.

The Pastor cons those in the church house by telling them what they wanna hear and that's how you get those tithes and offerings.

The minute you tell them what they don't wanna hear, they will turn their backs on you. T.D Jakes did that a while back when he was calling out black women over Kevin Samuels.

You and this thinking is another major problem with Black people. :snoop:

Someone has to be Picture Perfect White Jesus to teach to most of you.

You actually can and should teach the truth and right way regardless of how you're living.

So if I got child out of wedlock, I can't tell you not to? That's so ignorant.

So what do you want the pastor to do? Yell at people in church for being unmarried with kids? Force them to sit in certain seats?

Promote 2-parent families instead of this 'anything goes' model that's been prevalent the last few decades. We're fukkin' tired of 70% of our kids being born in homes that can't even function at the basic level of society the rest of the planet operates.

Any ounce of imperfection from a black person trying to do right and help the community is immediately “cancelled”

When simps became the average man.

When single mothers raised more children

When men became afraid of demons in the streets.
