Yeah I'm biased since I grew up listening to blog rap but I don't see how anyone could consider early 2010s as the fall off point tbh

Agreed. The last time I was excited by rap was during Future’s resurgence with the 3peat and DS2 and Kendrick’s run from 2012 to 2017.
