that was always the thing for me. it always seemed like big boi dominated those tracks. with his flow and with his voice. andre came off generic by comparison.

nah not generic b/c his pov was never that. Dude described coke heads as "elope with ski slopes"... nothing generic about that.

Stack always been dope he's the father of that introspective left field shyt thats replaced aggressive content these days.

Imo the waggonists really hopped on after the walk it out remix and all the features he killed since then.

maybe for a south rapper. in that era thats a regular bar in a lot of east coast rappers verses. people blow andre being lyrical entirely out of proportion.

nope. The only mainstream one that would come with a different point of view was q-tip.

His lyrical ability isn't blown out of proportion... you just dont listen.

Plus Scarface fathered most East-coast rappers styles period.
