Yeah, the cost increase has resulted in actually improved interiors and better performance and mileage.

Realistically, they were UNDERPRICED in the mid 2000s because of demand, economic environment, and social perception of the vehicles.

They're actually appropriately priced now.

I don't understand why we don't have regular looking non-Prius cars have 50 mpg local/ 70 mpg on the highway in 2016. You gonna tell me that in the last 20 years, we jumped from the Zack Morris cell phone to the smartphone, but can't make regular cars be super fuel efficient, or even fully electric that don't cost an arm and a leg?

These car prices should match wages. I also heard from some economists that car sales will plummet soon and go into a depression due to the high prices. I heard that adding a standard GPS is like an extra $2,500 for a new car.

This all the way. The brake lines on my 05 Impala corroded a couple of weeks ago so since I had the extra money (so I thought) I decided just to cop a new whip. I left every USED section at about 6 dealerships like

I ended up getting my brake system redone

I mean I haven't brought a car in 10 years so I was literally @ the prices of vehicles. You either paying cheap for small ugly car or out the ass for ANY nice looking car. There is basically no middle ground anymore. That is IMO

I was about to cop a 2013 MKX with outdated gps and the sales lady told me she would get them to update the system software for $450. She said it like she was doing us a favor too lol
