I remember when i first started working out i was
heavy off the newbie gains
I had my uncle and pops tutoring me and helping with my diet so i was seeing 4 pounds of muscle a month
but that all stopped around my 8-9th month of lifting and i was barely getting 2.5 pounds of muscle a month 4 years later and im lucky to see 2 pounds a month... Damn i miss my newbies
