Sounds like y’all got into DB as older heads? Because as children we were watching DB every episode for completion sake, we enjoyed it all being the first anime most of us got into.

Even so, Buu Saga has its moments. Maybe could’ve been shorter but it’s a nice conclusion to the entire series (would y’all really have liked it they ended it at the Cell Saga and made Gohan the lead as they had planned to??)

Super’s major fights all got that organic DBZ feel. Maybe we don’t got the patience for the build up anymore but MAN. The conclusion to the Trunks saga is DARK. And the Tournament of Power has some of the best action and creativity the series has ever seen.

They didn’t have to make gohan the lead but they could’ve made him less of a hoe ass nikka in the next arc. I mean realistically not wanting to get in the sayain bullshyt makes sense being half human but they still ain’t do him right. Just like I think vegeta had hoe nikka tendencies but they fukked up not giving him the win against fat buu

Akira Toriyama wanted to keep Goku dead because he had already been wished back with the dragon balls and make Gohan the successor. Fans hated the idea. He backed down to say the least lol

Super is trash, all the villains look generic and Toriyama should've dropped Super back in '08 when the demand was astronomical with DB AF, he waited longer than he should have.

i don’t like how they reverted to making him weak as fukk in the buu saga. Ok he wasn’t really that weak and the explanation why works for me, but as far as I watched he peaked at 11 yrs old. But it’s only my opinion who gives a fukk ya know
