I hear where you're coming from, and its fair to bring up, but you cant put the actions of some Christians on all Christians. We just witnessed the collapse of Trump's campaign sparked by the Muslim parents of a deceased American Muslim veteran. Cant blame all Muslims for the actions of some Muslims. Racists whites who see a Black man arrested on the news take that as an excuse to justify their hatred and bias of all Black people. Thats obviously not acceptable to us for a host of reasons, including the inappropriate generalization of a whole group because of the actions of one. That said, its not appropriate to generalize Christians either.

One last thing, Jesus touched on the actions of "Christians" who didnt live up to the ideals.

21"Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. 22Many will say to me on that day, 'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name and in your name drive out demons and in your name perform many miracles? '23Then I will tell them plainly, 'I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!'

Breh, read a history book. The Crusades, the slave trade, colonial/cutural imperialism, etc. These are large scale acts of violence and atrocities committed against humanity largely against black and brown people.

To be fair, the writer's is penning from a Christian perspective, which transcends any human division including race. As Paul wrote in his letter to the Romans, God doesnt show favoritism. Peter expressed the same after preaching to non-Jews which was unprecedented at the time, or at least to him which inspired him to express the need for the lack of impartiality. Other than marrying a non-believer, one cant look poorly at Christians who live life beyond race. In their world view, this life and the divisions part of life, are trivial in the grand scheme. Cant knock that. MLK might as well have been a buck, and considering men like him were progressive, I doubt he would have tripped off that article.

Besides whatever. There aint points gained in the grand scheme for wifin outside your own. I dont know if its for me but I cant knock the next breh for doing the IR thing.
