No, it's pointing out how silly any smoke people have for Jamaicans is. All this because she couldn't stop smoking weed for the Olympics (ran by whites) but for some reason we're supposed to be mad at Jamaicans, as if she wasn't throwing shade at her own USA teammates or acting like she didn't do anything to warrant criticism. shyt is weird.
