Its still snitching even if you arent a rappy. If you are in the streets in ANY capacity, then talking to the cops is snitching whether it was on a lick you participated in or not. If you talk and in the streets its snitching. if you arent in the streets, its not snitching at all.

If you willingly engage in criminal activity and get caught, then report crimes to save yourself at the expense of the people you were committing crimes with, then that's snitching and isn't okay.

A “snitch” is someone who is complicit in committing crimes with others and then when everyone gets caught, that person decides to come forth with the story and tell on everyone else
